Skyway Precision, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support procurement across all facilities. You will create and manage purchase orders, analyze quotes, and coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The role requires experience in purchasing, RFQ administration, and ERP systems, with an associate degree. Join a team focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-department collaboration.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with purchasing, procurement, supplier management, or RFQ administration.
• Experience working with ERP or purchasing software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders (POs) for goods and services across Skyway facilities.
• Analyze supplier quotes and compile pricing data into RFQ cost comparison spreadsheets.
• MRO supplies and related procurement tasks.
• Manage part and vendor master data within company databases.
• Coordinate supplier pickups, deliveries, and on-site services with manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support compliance with Skyway Precision's Quality Policies and Procedures.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
