Job summary

Celina Tent, Inc. in Celina, OH is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage purchasing, supplier relations, and logistics across domestic and international shipments.

You will collaborate with procurement, production, inventory, and distribution to ensure smooth flow of materials and data while maintaining ERP/MRP accuracy. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field and 2–4 years of supply chain experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, logistics, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience preparing reports and analyzing data.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping, customs documentation, and import/export processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities, including placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving supplier issues.
• Build and maintain effective supplier relationships to support quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor material availability, supplier performance, and purchasing trends to identify potential shortages or disruptions.
• Support supplier negotiations, sourcing decisions, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure materials and products flow efficiently.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and supply chain risks, and recommend practical solutions.
• Analyze purchasing, inventory, and supply chain data to support forecasting, planning, and operational decisions.
• Maintain accurate information within ERP/MRP systems and prepare reports to track KPIs.
• Research market pricing, supplier capabilities, and industry trends to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain performance.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Prepare and review shipping, customs, and import/export documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support compliance with applicable trade regulations, sourcing requirements, and customer or government contract requirements.
• Maintain required records and identify or elevate potential compliance concerns.

Celina Tent, Inc. (CELINA) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist. In the role of Supply Chain Analyst, you will monitor and expedite the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. This position collaborates closely with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportation functions to optimize the supply chain. The Supply Chain Analyst identifies bottlenecks or problem areas, escalates or proposes solutions, places purchase orders, and works with suppliers to resolve issues. In addition, this role may assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements while providing analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

What You’ll Do:
