You will work with engineering and operations to ensure parts arrive correctly and on time, while driving continuous improvement in supplier quality and process efficiency.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis of reliability trends, and hands-on problem solving in high-volume manufacturing of spacecraft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in quality systems, QA/control, and/or manufacturing/production.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9000 and/or Nadcap AC7004.

Responsibilities

• Identify reliability-focused improvement projects to meet reliability goals.
• Analyze trends in reliability data and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Interface with Supply Chain, Production, Inspection, Shipping/Receiving, and Engineering to create quality signals.
• Maintain quality processes to identify, segregate, control, and dispose of nonconforming materials.
• Identify risk reductions and simplify designs to improve quality with cross-functional teams.
