Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supply Chain Reliability Engineer (Falcon) in Hawthorne, CA. You will lead reliability-focused projects across Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to ensure high-quality parts flow and robust processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field required.
• 3+ years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance/control, and/or manufacturing/production.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9000 and/or Nadcap AC7004.

Responsibilities

• Identify and own reliability-focused improvement projects to help the Supply Chain team meet its reliability goals.
• Identify and analyze trends in Supply Chain Reliability data and drive improvements in supplier performance, drive reduction in non-conformances on purchased parts.
• Interface with Supply Chain, Production operations, Inspection, Shipping/Receiving, and Engineering teams to develop quality signals and processes.
