Job summary

You will develop strong communication with product management, customer support, procurement, R&D and finance, while maintaining supplier performance and driving vendor development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or customer support.
• Knowledge of Procurement / Supply Chain activities with broad operational understanding.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Excel; ERP systems and building reports.
• Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Create orders to fulfill the consignment program with one of the vendors.
• Provide detailed information on expected availability of materials.
• Coordinate shipments for our PDS products to final customers.
• Coordinate returns for warranty with vendors.
• Coordinate the receipt of orders at the PDS warehouse and drop shipments.
• Inventory management for the PDS warehouse.
• Establish top priorities with vendors.
• Coordinate quality returns to the vendors and procuring the correct posting of credits.
• Develop effective communication with product management, customer support, procurement, R&D and finance and suppliers.
• Maintain supplier performance and drive vendor development related activities
