The role focuses on mitigating supply risk, developing dual/multi-sourcing, supplier capacity ramp-ups, and end-to-end supply chain improvements, with travel 15-20% to NA sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain or operations experience.
• Willing to travel 15-20% to North American sites and supplier facilities.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Identify and implement cost-saving sourcing process improvements.
• Lead supplier development with Operations and Supplier Quality Management.
• Support contract development for alternate suppliers.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain and alternate processes/technologies.
• Participate in PLM process with supplier and market expertise.
