You will negotiate master agreements, lead cross-functional teams, and apply market intelligence to optimize costs and productivity.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, and the ability to work with ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or supply chain.
• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, product management or operations experience.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiations, cost modeling and financial analysis.
• 15–20% travel to North American sites and supplier facilities.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Negotiate Master Procurement Agreements, including pricing and terms aligned with North America regions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee cost savings projects and productivity initiatives.
• Use market intelligence and spend pooling to drive productivity and value creation.
