You will manage forwarder relationships, schedule shipments, and monitor materials through production cycles, contributing to efficient supply chain performance.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience and a BS/BA or higher, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work independently or in teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.
• Typically 2-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
• Demonstrates knowledge of field and applies fundamentals through assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Forwarder & Brokerage relationships
• Prepare weekly schedule for system shipments
• Analyze and optimize assigned processes to enhance performance
• Participate in monitoring/fulfilling materials through the production cycle
• Establishes operational vendor relations and resolves conflicts
• Establishes SCM oriented customer relations to meet expectations
• Cooperate with Procurement, Controlling and Logistics to ensure adherence to processes/tools
• Participate in cross-functional Supply Chain/Supplier Team meetings
