Job summary

Chipotle is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Process & Systems to lead end-to-end process alignment and governance across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and FSQA. You will translate business needs into clear requirements for DI&A and IT, and shape roadmaps for Oracle and related platforms.

You will drive governance, master data stewardship, and system integrations, including RFID and traceability solutions, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience designing end-to-end Supply Chain processes and governance.
• Familiarity with RFID, traceability, and data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process alignment and governance across multiple domains.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for DI&A and IT.
• Shape roadmaps for Oracle and other SC platforms; identify gaps and maximize value.
• Own process documentation, SOPs, governance, and training materials.
• Manage implementations, readiness, testing, and adoption of new capabilities.
