The role leads end-to-end process design and governance, partnering with DI&A, IT, and suppliers to enable scalable, data-driven supply chain solutions. The position requires 6–8+ years in supply chain process improvement, broad knowledge of planning, procurement, logistics, and master data, plus leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years in supply chain process improvement, systems, technology enablement, product or project delivery, master data, reporting, or analytics.
• 2+ years of people, team, or project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process alignment across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Food Safety, Suppliers, and Distribution Centers with consistent workflows, roles, and controls.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, use cases, data needs, and tech roadmaps for DI&A, IT, and product owners.
• Shape current and next-generation roadmaps for Oracle and other Supply Chain platforms; identify capability gaps.
• Own governance of master data, SOPs, process maps, and training materials; maintain version control.
• Lead implementation, testing, change management, and adoption for AI, RFID, traceability, automation, and system integrations.
