Job summary

Chipotle is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Master Data Management to govern and optimize master data across Oracle and connected systems. You will own item/SKU, GTIN, supplier, unit-of-measure, and location data through the full lifecycle, coordinating with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, FSQA, Finance, and IT.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in Oracle ERP and MDJ platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, IT, Analytics).
• 3–5+ years in master data management, ERP data administration, or related analytical role.
• Hands-on Oracle ERP experience with item/SKU and supplier master data.
• Knowledge of item master structures and end-to-end SKU lifecycle (GTIN, units, case-pack).
• Understanding of procure-to-pay and inventory data flows.
• Strong analytical and technical skills; advanced Excel; SQL; BI tools; Oracle data tools; Semarchy.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to handle high-volume requests.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain governance standards for item/SKU, supplier, GTIN, units, and location data.
• Manage end-to-end item/SKU master data lifecycle in Oracle and connected systems.
• Create and maintain SKU-to-GTIN relationships and item hierarchies.
• Review data requests for completeness and approvals; resolve conflicts with requestors.
• Coordinate new item launches, SKU/GTIN changes, and deactivations with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the daily contact for master data questions; troubleshoot ordering and invoicing issues.
• Monitor data quality via reports; identify duplicates or stale records and correct.
• Execute data cleanup, remediation, and migration; perform root-cause analysis.
• Reconcile master data across Oracle, MDM platforms, and reporting environments.
• Partner with DI&A, IT, and product owners on integrations and data conversion.
• Liaise with suppliers and distribution centers to ensure accurate data feeds.
• Maintain master data documentation and support user training.
• Develop and monitor master data KPIs; propose improvements.
