Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Master Data Management to own governance, accuracy, and administration of master data across Oracle and connected systems. You will manage item/SKU, GTIN, supplier, unit-of-measure, case-pack, and location data through the full lifecycle from setup to retirement.

This hybrid role is based in Newport Beach, CA, with four days in the office and Friday remote not available; you will collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in master data management or data governance.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and supply chain data.

Responsibilities

• Govern and administer Supply Chain master data standards, workflows, and controls.
• Manage end-to-end item/SKU master data lifecycle in Oracle and connected systems.
• Create and maintain SKU-to-GTIN relationships, hierarchies, and unit-of-measure data.
• Review data requests for completeness and downstream impact before changes.
• Coordinate item launches, SKU/GTIN changes, and deactivations with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as daily point of contact for master data issues and data quality resolution.
• Monitor data quality with reports and reconciliations; address duplicates and gaps.
• Lead data cleanup, remediation, and migration efforts; analyze root causes.
• Ensure synchronization across Oracle, MDM platforms, and distribution systems.
• Collaborate on system integrations, data mapping, testing, and post-implementation support.
