Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Master Data Management (MDM) to own the day‑to‑day governance, accuracy, and administration of SCM master data across Oracle and connected systems.

You will ensure SKU, GTIN, supplier, unit of measure, and related ERP data are accurate and synchronized throughout the item lifecycle. You will partner with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, FSQA, Finance, and IT to support data quality, integrations, and data cleanup, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-5+ years in master data management or ERP data administration.
• Hands-on Oracle ERP experience required.
• Understanding of SKU lifecycle and GTIN/GS1 standards.
• Experience with P2P data flows and inventory processes.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Govern and maintain SCM master data governance standards and workflows.
• Manage end-to-end item/SKU lifecycle in Oracle and connected systems.
• Create and maintain SKU-GTIN relationships and item hierarchies.
• Review requests for completeness and correct data issues.
• Coordinate item launches, changes, and deactivations with cross-functional teams.
• Act as primary contact for master data questions and issues.
• Monitor data quality and drive corrections for duplication or inaccuracy.
• Lead data cleanup, remediation, and migration efforts.
• Reconcile data across systems to ensure synchronization.
• Partner on system integrations and data mapping with IT and product owners.
• Maintain master data documentation and support user training.
• Develop KPIs and provide insights to improve performance.
