Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Process & Systems to design and govern end-to-end supply chain processes spanning Planning, Procurement, Logistics, FSQA, and distribution.

Qualifications

6-8+ years of experience in Supply Chain process improvement, systems, technology enablement, product or project delivery.
Experience designing and improving processes, facilitating current-state and future-state mapping, and developing SOPs, governance, controls, and training.
Strong ability to translate between Supply Chain and technical teams, define requirements and use cases, and influence priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process alignment and governance across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, FSQA, Suppliers, and Distribution Centers.
Translate business needs into requirements, use cases, data needs, and roadmaps for IT & DI&A.
Own governance of master data processes, SOPs, RACI models, and training materials.
