Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain or planning roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in MRP/ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Central Planners and Supplier Integrators daily.
• Coach team with KPIs, performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional task forces for risks.
• Align planning with SIOP targets and strategy.
• Ensure governance, audits, and compliance.
