Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, seeks a Senior Supervisor for Planning and Supplier Integration. You will lead a multi-tier team to optimize material flow, supplier performance, and governance across planning, purchasing, and supplier management.

In this role you will drive continuous improvements, ensure compliance with QMPP and supplier directives, and champion SAP/ERP tools to enhance data visibility and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, supplier integration, or related roles.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building, guiding, and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily activities of Central Planners and Supplier Integrators with KPIs and objectives.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional task forces to manage high-risk issues and supplier constraints.
• Align planning and supplier processes with SIOP targets and organizational standards.
