Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain, planning, operations, manufacturing, or logistics leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise planning or supply chain transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain planning strategies for BCP products, tools, and attachments.
• Oversee planning activities across production, inventory, and distribution in the U.S.
• Manage a team of 3-4 Production Schedulers for scheduling and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with PSLD to optimize scheduling, material flow, and product placement.
• Translate customer demand forecasts into actionable supply plans and address risks.
