Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, business, or logistics.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain, planning, operations, manufacturing, or logistics leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise planning or supply chain transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of supply chain planning strategies.
• Ensure product availability, inventory effectiveness, supplier performance, and forecasting accuracy.
• Coordinate with PSLD, commercial teams, and suppliers to align demand forecasts with supply plans.
• Manage a team of 3–4 Production Schedulers for scheduling and order fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy and inventory performance.
• Address capacity, supply, and delivery risks with suppliers and internal teams.
