Caterpillar Inc. in Cary, NC seeks a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning for BCP products, tools, and attachments in the U.S. You will drive forecasting, inventory optimization, and scheduling, while guiding a team of Production Schedulers and aligning with PSLD and suppliers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with commercial teams, risk management, and continuous improvement to meet customer commitments and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise planning or supply chain transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end supply chain planning strategies for BCP products.
• Lead supply stream planning across production, inventory, and distribution in the U.S.
• Manage a team of approximately 3-4 Production Schedulers responsible for scheduling & fulfillment.
• Collaborate with PSLD to optimize scheduling, material flow, and product placement.
• Translate customer demand forecasts into actionable supply plans.
• Address capacity, supply, and delivery risks proactively.
• Drive continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy and inventory performance.
