Caterpillar Inc. is expanding its Sanford, North Carolina advanced manufacturing campus and seeking a seasoned Production Scheduler to lead end-to-end planning for CTL and Telehandler lines.

You will balance capacity, inventory, quality, and deadlines, partnering with operations, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and sales planning teams. You will drive schedule accuracy, resolve constraints, and implement continuous improvements to ensure reliable production flow and operational

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading production scheduling, master scheduling, or manufacturing planning in a high-volume environment.
• Advanced Excel, data visualization, or production-performance reporting skills.
• Experience with capacity planning, inventory management, demand planning, or S&OP.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, coordination, execution, and control of complex production schedules across product lines and facilities.
• Translate demand, capacity, inventory, labor, and material constraints into practical production plans.
• Oversee production calendars and monitor inventory to support main assembly line production.
• Analyze scheduling problems, bottlenecks, and capacity conflicts; recommend improvements.
