Supply Planner II

Job Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST or EST (with some flexibility)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Supply Planner II to join our team and contribute to the coordination of long-term supply chain strategies across our networks. In this role, you will address inventory issues and procurement decisions to support our business goals, ensuring high customer service standards. You will also monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators and help coordinate cross-functional work teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insights into executing cycle stock and safety stock plans for assigned products or locations, based on the approved supply plan inputs.
• Develop gap coverage plans during inventory shortages and collaborate with teams to ensure resolutions.
• Support the achievement of target inventory levels to meet organizational goals.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of supply chain operations through ongoing collaboration with various internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of related work experience in supply planning or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supply and inventory planning.
• Experience with import trade flows and related processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Additional Information:

• Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams.
• This position offers some flexibility in terms of work hours.
