You could be our next Supply Chain Planner; this role is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, overseeing demand forecasting, and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and contributing to the overall success of the supply chain.

Remote: This position is fully remote but requires residence within the continental United States.

Travel: Expected travel up to 25%.

Compensation: Annual salary range of $70,000 - $85,000, depending on location, market conditions, and experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with S&OP, marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business goals and update planning parameters accordingly (e.g., manage phase-in/out).
3. Supply Planning: Collaborate with repair, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of demand from various sources.
4. Inventory Management: Optimize depot and corporate inventory levels to minimize excess or obsolete stock while ensuring sufficient availability.
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Performance Reporting: Develop and present supply chain performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, policies, and procurement guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of demand and supply planning experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in Excel for analyzing large datasets and identifying trends.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ownership attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
