Job description

We have an exciting career opportunity in our Supply Chain area. Check it out!

You could be our next Supply Chain Planner; this role is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, overseeing demand forecasting, and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain.

Remote: This is a fully remote position but must reside in the continental United States.

Travel: Expected to be up to 25%.

Compensation: The annual salary ranges from $65,000 to $90,000, depending on location, market conditions, and experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with S&OP, marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders to align strategies and update planning parameters.
  3. Supply Planning: Collaborate with repair, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of demand.
  4. Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess stock while ensuring product availability.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  6. Performance Reporting: Develop and present performance reports and dashboards to leadership.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to all regulations, policies, and procurement guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of demand/supply planning experience.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; high ownership and commitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
