A Day In The Life…

Our Head of Supply Chain is looking for a proactive Supply Chain Planner to join our small but ambitious team. You will manage our global marketplaces and stock locations, oversee the supply chain for growth and new product launches, and ensure operational efficiency. The role requires adaptability, problem-solving, and project management skills, ideally with experience in a DTC/e-commerce environment focused on demand planning and supply chain management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing forecast and planning tools across marketplaces (Amazon US, UK, Germany, Canada)
  • Building relationships with supply chain contacts to ensure timely purchase order delivery
  • Facilitating product launches, promotions, seasonal planning, and new product development
  • Driving continuous improvement and best practices in supply chain processes
  • Supporting month-end reconciliation with the finance team
  • Monitoring stock aging and coordinating cross-departmental actions
  • Aligning supplier production schedules to fulfill orders on time
  • Managing product launches with suppliers and communicating changes
  • Collaborating with US fulfillment partners to resolve stock issues
  • Working with QA and Goods In to address rejects and quality concerns
  • Reviewing and challenging invoices with suppliers
  • Ensuring stock receipts match payments at month-end
  • Assisting in setting up marketplaces in new regions
  • Aligning promotional activities with sales forecasts

Requirements

What You Need…

  • 2-3+ years experience in demand-focused supply chain planning, preferably in FMCG or DTC/e-commerce
  • Experience with Amazon FPR is highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Analytical mindset with effective collaboration skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; NetSuite knowledge is a plus
