Summary: The Master Scheduler/Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting inventory requirements based on trend analysis and demand patterns. You will coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, customer service, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed, you should be professional, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills, with a strong knowledge of mathematics and forecasting policies. A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in demand planning, including estimating future demand, analyzing inventory, and planning production.
  • Develop and improve forecast models based on industry trends.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.
  • Participate in forecasting meetings and lead planning discussions.
  • Monitor sales forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels.
  • Submit weekly production schedules and assist with procurement and inventory control.
  • Optimize inventory performance and update planning software.
  • Manage material forecasts and interpret MRP outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus.
  • Six Sigma certification is ideal.
  • Experience with supply chain management, inventory practices, and software like Oracle EBS.
  • Strong mathematical, statistical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
