Overview

ASR International Corporation has an opportunity for a Senior Scheduler position supporting design and construction projects. The work will consist of Project Construction Phase Services, specifically Scheduling Services.

Place of Performance: Fully remote/hybrid work, no on-site presence required. This is a full-time remote/telecommute position.

Period of Performance: June 2025 – June 2030

Workdays/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (core work hours are between 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM Central Europe Time)

Job Description/Responsibilities
  • Construction Schedule Analysis and Review: Monitor development and updating of project construction schedules to facilitate timely and cost-effective completion of the top 10 most critical projects. Review key schedules including Preliminary, Initial, Monthly Updates, and their Narratives and S curves. Integrate analysis into monthly updates to RMS Milestones, Placement Curves, and Status Sheet Reports for the top 10 projects. Review project plans and specifications for accuracy. Participate in contractor schedule update meetings. Properly document and store all products and training in RMS or transfer to the Government COR via AMERDEC DOD SAFE.
  • Schedule Risk Management: Provide critical path method schedule analysis to identify risks and issues, and propose solutions to mitigate delays. Provide monthly risk summaries and solutions in the USACE standard Risk Register format.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Ensure accuracy of monthly S-Curve/Schedule Variance Diagrams for financial placement and forecasts. Check contractor’s S curve for accuracy and provide comments in RMS.
  • Changes, Delay and Claim Analysis: Review contractor time impact analyses, validate accuracy, and participate in negotiations. Summarize schedule analysis for contract modifications and claims.
  • Internal TIA Creation: Create time impact analyses for potential and current contract changes, assuming 10 changes per month. Assist with issue prioritization and coordination.
  • Construction Scheduling Training and Support: Provide monthly training on Primavera P6 and related tools via web sessions, including distribution of training materials.
  • RMS Monthly Updates: Update RMS schedule milestones, placement curves, and status sheets for the top 10 projects monthly.
  • Meeting Attendance & Minute Taking: Attend schedule meetings, provide minutes within 3 business days, summarizing key notes and responsibilities.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • PMI-SP certification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in RMS, Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, SMART-PM, Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in complex operational project scheduling.
  • Fluent in American English, both written and spoken.
  • Note: Resume and candidacy subject to approval, background check, and security clearance if applicable.
