Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical field.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• 2+ years of developing program strategies and plans with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives with key metrics.
• Develop and execute program strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead data-driven process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Deliver status updates and presentations to senior leadership.
• Establish KPIs for program performance.
• Implement improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
