Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on the design, development, and delivery of programs, metrics, and dashboards to inform decisions.
Analyze data across databases using Excel, SQL, and other tools; perform ad hoc reporting.
Use AI to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and credibility of outputs.
Influence 3P carrier leadership and Amazon tech teams to improve service and engagement.
Assess MM Box Truck supply chains to support programs and align with stakeholders.
Travel domestically 25%–50%.
