Job summary

Almanac Beer Company, located in Alameda, CA, seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the flow of materials across internal and contract production and our retail locations. You will translate forecasts into timely purchase orders, maintain ERP records, and oversee wholesale shipments with a hands-on, cross-functional approach.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating purchasing, inventory and logistics in a manufacturing/beer environment.
• Strong vendor management and ERP experience.
• Ability to translate forecasts into purchase orders and production plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory pars and translate forecasts into purchase orders.
• Forecast and procure packaging materials to support production schedules.
• Create and track purchase orders from approval through delivery.
• Monitor vendor pricing, lead times and performance; suggest suppliers as needed.
• Match PO, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies with vendors and managers.
• Coordinate taproom purchasing for merchandise and supplies.
• Maintain ERP inventory records for materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, transfers, and wholesale shipments.
• Communicate requirements to Production Manager and Operations team.
• Escalate risks to avoid delays in production or orders.
