Job summary

Almanac Beer Co. in Alameda, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to streamline purchasing, inventory, and wholesale fulfillment across our production and contract partners.

This hands-on role reports to the VP of Operations and coordinates with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and tapping room teams to translate forecasts into purchase orders and timely material availability. You will manage ERP records, monitor inventory levels, and help ensure on-time packaging and distribution for Almanac's

Qualifications

• Experience managing purchasing cycles and inventory in a manufacturing/beer environment.
• Familiarity with ERP records, vendor coordination and forecasting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across production, logistics and sales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders from forecasts through delivery and optimize costs.
• Maintain ERP records and accurate inventory levels for packaging materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, taproom transfers, wholesale shipments and other material movements.
• Record and reconcile procurement transactions with vendors and departments.
