Job summary

Octopi Brewing, ASAHI BEER USA's U.S. production home, is seeking a Supply Planner to convert demand forecasts into a feasible, time-phased supply plan for multiple SKUs and locations.

You will own the published plan across 3PL warehouses, coordinating with Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to balance service, inventory, and cost while driving improvements in forecasting and deployment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, or deployment.
• Strong ERP/MRP and warehouse management systems experience; SAP and Wave experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, advanced lookups, scenario modeling).
• Highly analytical, numerate, and comfortable working with complex, imperfect data.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, Math, Statistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an accurate, time-phased supply plan across all SKUs and locations.
• Translate demand forecasts into clear production and replenishment requirements for our brewery and co-packers.
• Own inventory replenishment and deployment across all 3PL warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory health — days of supply, safety stock, aging, and excess — and take action to prevent shortages or write-offs.
• Partner with, and constructively challenge, Demand Planning using forecast history, orders, and market intelligence.
• Participate in S&OP/IBP routines, presenting supply capability, risks, and recommendations.
