Job summary

Boochcraft is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage receiving, stocking, counting, and shipping materials for a fast-growing beverage operation in California. You will operate warehouse equipment, maintain accurate ERP data, and support ecommerce fulfillment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, BOL matching, record keeping, and ensuring safety and efficiency in a loud, cold-storage environment. Prior forklift certification and a valid Class B license are required.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as stated: high school diploma or GED or equivalent combo.
• Experience with inventory management procedures, order fulfillment, and warehouse terminology.
• Forklift certification required; Class B driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with EKOS and Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and stock, organize inventory, prepare and ship orders.
• Count and reconcile inventory; operate material handling equipment.
• Match Bill of Ladings (BOLs) and fill receiving/shipping logs.
• Reconcile inventory and perform cycle counts; maintain records of inventory movement.
• Process company requests and e-commerce orders; monitor inventory levels.
• Ship parcel shipments (UPS, FEDEX, USPS) and prepare dock sales.
• Prepare materials for production and staging; ensure safety and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Facilitate forklift training and certification for employees.
