Job summary

Boylan Bottling Co. seeks an entry‑level Supply Chain Operations Analyst to ensure accurate recording of inventory purchases, production activity, transfers, and supplier invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, co-packers, 3PLs and suppliers to reflect real inventory activity and resolve discrepancies with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, purchasing, operations, accounting, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to transaction accuracy.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transaction types and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of inventory, purchasing, production, and accounting concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Comfortable communicating with suppliers, co-packers, warehouses, 3PL providers, Accounting, and internal management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently while escalating significant discrepancies appropriately.
• Ability to travel periodically to co-packers and 3PL locations.

Responsibilities

• Record raw material and packaging purchases against purchase orders in Dynamics 365 BC.
• Verify quantities against orders and documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Post monthly production activity from co-packers into the ERP.
• Process inventory transfers and coordinate with 3PLs and suppliers.
• Participate in quarterly physical inventories with internal and external partners.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and documentation.
