Formación

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year or more in administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MGO (GM's MRP system) intermediate.
• Knowledge of transportation management intermediate.
• Knowledge of material flow as it relates to manufacturing processes intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Follow-up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery for production.
• Serve as main point of contact for all suppliers and manage ship schedules.
• Track critical parts and develop containment plans to avoid line stoppages.
• Coordinate alternative sources of material and requests for spot buys as needed.
• Monitor, set-up, and cancel truck loads to support schedule variations.
• Review part buffers to ensure coverage for build requirements and manage inventory adjustments.
• MGO data maintenance and posting adjustments after investigation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
