Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in administrative or related roles is beneficial.
• Familiarity with GM MGO/MRP systems and transportation management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery.
• Serve as main contact for suppliers and manage ship schedules.
• Develop containment plans to avoid production disruption.
• Coordinate alternate material sources and spot buys when needed.
• Monitor inventories and adjust postings after investigations.
