Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (GPC) invites rising juniors and seniors to join a 10-week OPEX internship in Atlanta this summer. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, implement improvements, and track outcomes across the supply chain.

The program runs May 24–July 30, 2027, in person, with a cohort experience, opportunities to present to senior leaders, and a focus on hands-on learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience with data querying and visualization tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and effective in teamwork and communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support cost-saving projects within the supply chain organization.
• Collect and analyze data to measure performance and track results.
• Partner with teams across the business to implement process improvements.
• Share project updates, insights, and recommendations with team members and leaders.
