You will work with NAPA IBS to explore how analytics, digital commerce, and intelligent inventory strategies create value and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in related fields.
• Curiosity, strategic thinking, ability to turn data and ideas into a clear recommendation.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, research, and communication.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong analytical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic project in predictive analytics, digital marketplaces, inventory intelligence, or customer experience.
• Research emerging technologies and define how they can be applied across the business.
• Build data-driven insights and business cases that inform growth and innovation priorities.
• Collaborate with operations, sourcing, and customer teams to design, pilot, and scale new capabilities.
• Present findings and a forward-looking recommendation to senior leadership.
