Genuine Parts Company (GPC) invites you to join a 10-week summer internship in Atlanta, May 24 – July 30, 2027. As a Sourcing Intern, you will analyze data, research suppliers, and prepare dashboards to inform sourcing decisions and drive performance.

The cohort program emphasizes collaboration, hands-on learning, and networking with interns and leaders across the organization. You will gain exposure to supplier management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain operations while delivering

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience organizing and analyzing large data sets in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about sourcing, supply chain, and supplier management.
• Experience creating presentations for various audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing initiatives through data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist with supplier research, data validation, and maintenance of sourcing-related information.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decisions and project updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Product, Inventory Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze business data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and leadership.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
