Qualifications

• Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other related field required; all majors considered.
• Curiosity, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn data and ideas into a clear recommendation.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to accelerate analysis, research, and communication.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.
• Strong analytical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic project in an area such as predictive analytics, digital marketplaces, inventory intelligence, or customer experience.
• Research emerging technologies and define how they can be applied across the business.
• Build data-driven insights and business cases that inform growth and innovation priorities.
• Collaborate with operations, sourcing, and customer teams to design, pilot, and scale new capabilities.
• Present findings and a forward-looking recommendation to senior leadership.
