Job summary

Johnson Controls offers a twelve-week Summer Internship in Supply Chain & Operations to current students, with placements across multiple manufacturing sites, including Marinette, WI. Interns gain hands-on experience in production supervision, materials planning, procurement, logistics, quality, and Lean/CI while receiving a competitive benefits package starting day one.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at a U.S. college or university, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2030.
• Must have access to personal transportation.
• Comfortable relocating to one of our manufacturing plant locations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives and projects.
• Learn the JCI Business System and support plants to meet KPIs.
• Oversee daily production support, capacity management, scheduling analysis and cycle time optimization.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and maintain/improve reports for operational efficiency.
• Implement measures to minimize waste.
