TFT Global (USA) Inc. in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a hands-on site supervisor to oversee operations and ensure top-tier customer service. You will manage 3-shift operation, drive 5S and CVP practices, and coordinate shipping/receiving to meet customer requirements.

The role focuses on safety, continuous improvement, and team development while maintaining KPIs on the divisional scorecard. A valid driver’s license is required and the position starts temporary-to-full-time at $22.55 per hour.

Formación

• Minimum 1+ year in customer service in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of best practices in customer service and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of 5S, CVP, and safety procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand CVP package and apply it to customer interactions.
• Practice 5S to maintain organized workspace.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and conduct safety talks.
• Lead by example and manage team performance and development.
• Oversee shipping and receiving to align with customer requirements.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Meet KPI targets outlined in the divisional scorecard.
• Conduct audits and root-cause analyses for continuous improvements.
