Job summary

TFT Global Inc. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a 24-hour, three-shift operation focused on delivering TFT Global’s best-in-class quality and service. You will reinforce 5S, safety, and continuous improvement while ensuring timely data transfers and customer communications.

Responsibilities include mentoring Supervisors and Inspectors, meeting KPIs, and coordinating cross-functional activities. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Flexibility to meet customer service demands.
• Self-motivated, effective problem solving, strong organization and time management skills.
• Familiar with all ISO standards.
• Criminal background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.
• May be required to repeatedly lift up to 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Have a complete understanding of the CVP package and practice 5S.
• Ensure a safe working environment and conduct incident investigations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong customer relations.
• Oversee shipping/receiving to meet customer requirements.
• Manage team performance and development; conduct reviews for leads/inspectors.
• Participate in hiring/orientation and coordinate travel for off-site team members.
• Perform data transfers to customers and log information in Vantage.
