Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in supply chain, business administration, operations, or logistics preferred.
• Equivalent education or experience will be considered.
• Experience with ERP systems and purchasing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders for materials and packaging.
• Monitor open POs and follow up with suppliers on status and delivery dates.
• Coordinate material availability with production schedules and customer demand.
• Track inventory levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Maintain ERP records and supplier/shipment information.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Support landed cost, freight, and inventory analysis as needed.
• Monitor supplier performance and communicate risks to relevant teams.
