Job summary

TFT Global (USA) Inc. seeks a hands-on supervisor to drive performance across a 3-shift operation in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service. You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to meet client requirements.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organization and a proactive mindset to foster continuous improvement in line with TFT's Best in Class standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand CVP package and practice 5S with team.
• Maintain a safe working environment and conduct safety talks.
• Lead team performance reviews and development plans.
• Oversee shipping/receiving aligned to customer requirements.
• Coordinate data transfers to customers and liaise with reps.
