Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel to account and company events.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on account assignment.
• Experience managing a team is preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and external carriers.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special fleet projects.
• Train drivers and staff on systems and procedures.
• Improve fleet operations, measure KPIs, and present reporting.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
• Handle payroll, budgeting, pay issue resolution, and reporting.
• Coordinate with maintenance for scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Assist with routing, planning, and resolving service issues with customers.
