Job summary

Velcro Companies in New Hampshire seeks a Senior Supply Chain leader to direct the planning and logistics functions for NH and support travel to Manchester, NH. The role focuses on improving service, reducing costs, and driving productivity within a global matrix organization.

You will coach and develop the NH supply chain team and align with global planning and sales. This on-site role reports to the Director, Supply Chain, Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration/management required.
• 10 years experience in Supply Chain Management with complex SKU planning.
• Strong background in logistics and network optimization.
• Warehouse management experience.
• 7+ years leadership/management experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, optimizing WMS & TMS systems.
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, and advanced planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Hampshire Planning and Logistics functions to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee day-to-day performance and execution of planning and logistics.
• Implement supply planning systems to connect demand and supply.
• Ensure freight and distribution costs meet productivity targets.
• Collaborate across regions to improve service and reduce costs.
• Develop and sustain ISO certifications and safety culture.
