Job summary

Velcro USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Leader for New Hampshire to drive the NH supply chain function within a global matrix organization.

The role focuses on accelerating growth and profitability by developing and executing strategic and tactical plans, coaching a leadership team, and ensuring on-site operations meet service levels and efficiency targets. The position requires strong experience in planning, logistics, WMS/TMS, and Lean methods, with frequent travel between Somersworth

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or business administration/management.
• Masters degree in related discipline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Hampshire Planning and Logistics functions.
• Oversee day-to-day performance to achieve KPI targets (inventory, service levels, lead times).
• Lead implementation of supply planning systems and connect demand with supply.
• Ensure freight and distribution costs and productivity targets are met.
• Collaborate across functions to standardize processes and improve service.
• Drive SI&OP with Global Planning and Sales teams.
• Develop talent and coach team members.
