Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead and transform a critical function across multi-site operations in the United States. You will own sourcing, inventory strategy, logistics, warehousing, and supplier performance while partnering with executive leadership to improve reliability, efficiency, and profitability.

Success requires understanding how materials, planning, and supplier decisions impact plant uptime, customer delivery, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, materials management, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience within manufacturing, chemical, industrial, process, or asset-intensive environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven success in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Experience supporting maintenance and operational reliability through effective inventory and materials strategies.
• Strong understanding of ERP-driven procurement and inventory management processes.
• Track record of improving processes, driving cost savings, and enhancing supply chain performance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience developing and mentoring teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
