Ascension Milwaukee is seeking a Materials Management professional for a day-shift, full-time role at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, WI.

You will manage stock delivery, maintain storeroom inventory, and ensure proper rotation to minimize expirations while engaging with clinicians, staff, and vendors. Required education is a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• No professional licensure/certification required.

• Investigates and troubleshoots inventory issues/problems.
• Maintains accurate tracking records for inventory. Ensures stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines and best practices.
• Engages customers on a regular basis to ensure good service with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
