Granules Consumer Health, LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking a Logistics Coordinating specialist to manage domestic sales shipments and ensure on-time delivery. The role collaborates with Operations, Warehouse, vendors, 3PL, and carriers, and uses SAP to process deliveries and manage the end-to-end shipping workflow.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics or a related field, a Bachelor's in supply chain or a related discipline, and familiarity with cGMP in pharma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field OR 3+ years of experience in logistics.
• Logistics Certificates are welcomed.
• Familiar with cGMP requirements & worked in the Pharma industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and schedule deliveries to meet lead times.
• Process deliveries in ERP system (SAP) and book shipments in the TMS.
• Respond to inquiries from Customers, Shippers, Receivers, and Carriers.
• Monitor On Time Delivery and Carrier performance against MABD.
• Invoice sales orders once shipped and reconcile shipments for accuracy.
